Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors patient flow and staff activities to ensure prompt, courteous and accurate patient service.
• Works with physicians, nursing and care teams to ensure timely patient management.
• Conducts telephonic initial and follow-up assessments of clinic patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
