Job summary

Adventist Health Clear Lake is seeking a clinic coordination professional to manage day-to-day workflow and support management across a single clinic unit. The role involves coordinating staff, patient flow, and testing procedures while ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma (or GED) with preferred advanced education and at least five years of relevant experience. Certification in medical assisting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred MA certification
• Preferred AAMA or NCCT certification
• Five years of relevant experience in clinic coordination or management (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day clinic operations and supports management.
• Serves as a working supervisor for team or work group and ensures timely patient management.
• Assists with program evaluation and quality improvement activities.
• Participates in department budget preparation and travel/meeting coordination.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred

Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
