Job summary

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is seeking an RN to deliver coordinated outpatient nursing care in our clinic setting, following established standards and the nursing process. The role includes supervising clinical staff and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in California, CPR/BLS certification, and preferably a BSN. Hospital or clinic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff at various levels and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, healing, and compassionate patient care.
• Prepares patients, room, and equipment for procedures and assists physicians as needed.
• Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
