Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in medical or outpatient setting is required.
• Behavioral health outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and communicate details to patients and staff.
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance needs and logs.
• Answer phones professionally and assist in intake processes.
• Escort patients and collect co-pays; input data into EMR.
• Refer patients to Business Office for financial arrangements.
• Maintain patient charts and insurance data.
