Responsibilities

• Controls patient flow to maximize efficiency and communicate delays.
• Prepares medical records and confirms patient identifiers and chief complaint.
• Provides excellent customer service in all patient interactions.
• Ensures a safe, clean environment for patients and families.
• Assists with exams and patient care as needed.
• Performs vital signs and specimen collection as ordered.
