Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors with excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Communicates scheduling and clinical information to patients, staff and providers as needed.
• Assists in coordinating care via messages, faxes, calls, and emails.
• Schedules tests and appointments for referred services and tracks completion.
• Registers demographic and billing information and determines eligibility.
• Maintains medical records, scans, and files documents and test results.
• Prepares cash receipts, deposits, and balances cash drawer daily.
• Maintains and distributes provider schedules appropriately.
• Participates in quality initiatives and safety functions.
• Identifies and orders needed supplies.
