Maintains regulatory compliance by coordinating with internal and external customers (clinicians, patients, patient family members, vendors, visitors, colleagues, etc.) in order to process assigned patient support services including patient appointments, prescription requests, office visits, phone calls, letters, and communication documentation.Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year healthcare related education preferred, medical assistant program, psychology courses, etc.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.Work Experience: 1 year related experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective interpersonal, written and oral communications.
