Job summary

AltaPointe Health Systems in Baldwin County seeks an Assistant Coordinator to provide clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of outpatient services. You will supervise staff, manage productivity, oversee referrals, and ensure compliance with ADMH, Medicaid, Joint Commission, and CCBHC standards.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis intervention coverage, and collaboration with internal programs, schools, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline with two years of post-master’s experience.
• Licensure preferred (LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of ADMH, Medicaid, Joint Commission standards.
• Willingness to travel between locations in Baldwin County.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and organizes clinic operations.
• Supervises staff and ensures productivity.
• Oversees referrals, screenings, and admissions.
• Monitors treatment plans and documentation for medical necessity.
• Participates in MDT meetings and crisis management.
