• Greets all consumers
• Cancels and re-schedules appointments as necessary
• Have consumers sign in
• Answers telephone
• Verifies insurance and collects co-pays
• Schedules return appointments and assists with posting to consumer accounts
• Protects and maintains confidentiality of all records and patient information
• Performs related clerical duties and supports clinical staff as needed
