Adventist Health Tillamook is seeking a Patient Access Scheduling Representative (Outpatient) for the Day Shift. This onsite, full-time role involves coordinating patient care for wellness programs, answering front desk inquiries, and collaborating with Patient Financial Services to obtain required authorizations.

The position requires a high school education or GED (preferred), with additional healthcare experience and a related degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent is preferred.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is preferred.
• Two years' healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and schedules patient care for all wellness programs.
• Answers telephone inquiries regarding physician referrals and covers front desk duties when needed.
• Collaborates with patient financial services to obtain authorizations and submit documentation.
• Develops monthly Wellness newsletter, updates website and promotional flyers.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Formation

High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
