Adventist Health Tillamook is seeking a Patient Access associate to register patients promptly and accurately. You will verify insurance, collect patient liabilities, obtain signatures, and prepare the patient record for tests and care.

The role requires completion of high school or GED; an Associate’s/Technical degree or related experience is preferred. The position is full-time with day shift in Tillamook, OR, offering a comprehensive benefits package and E-Verify participation.

Qualificações

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Associate’s/Technical degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Check for physician orders and attach them to patient medical record to ensure that patients are receiving appropriate tests.
• Choose correct health plan and accurately research to ensure accuracy when verifying insurance. Enter all authorization information accurately as needed.
• Follows guidelines and instructions from senior staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
