Bloomingdale's is seeking a Team Leader to drive sales through outstanding customer service, maintain an easy-to-shop floor, and support daily operations. The role requires versatility across Sales, Service and Merchandising functions and a strong customer-first approach.

The position emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with coaching responsibilities and collaboration with store leadership to ensure accurate pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in the absence of the Outlet Store Manager or Store Leader.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate sales and promotions to the team.
• Train and coach on selling expectations and relationship building to drive loyalty.
• Partner with Store Leader to ensure execution of merchandising, logistics and visual directives.
• Prepare shipments, transfers, floor moves, signing and markdowns.
• Assist with onboarding and performance management of colleagues.
• Protect company assets and adhere to procedures.
