Job summary

Bloomingdale's Inc. Costa Mesa store is seeking a Team Leader to drive sales through exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. The role supports the Outlet Management team in daily operations, merchandising, pricing accuracy and floor presentation.

The Team Leader will supervise in the manager's absence, coach staff, and ensure promotions are executed. Growth and strong incentives accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to operate computers and navigate multiple devices.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs supervisory functions in absence of Outlet Store Manager.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and communicates promotions.
• Trains on selling expectations and builds customer loyalty.
• Partners with Store Leader to execute merchandising and logistics.
• Prepares shipments, transfers, floor moves, and pricing.
• Assists with onboarding and performance management.
