Job summary

Bloomingdale's Outlet Store in Atlanta is seeking a Team Leader to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service on the selling floor. You will supervise daily operations, coach colleagues, and partner with the Store Leader to ensure merchandising, logistics, and pricing accuracy, while displaying versatility across Sales, Service and Merchandising as business needs demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld devices on the selling floor.
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs supervisory functions in the absence of the Outlet Store Manager.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and communicates sales and promotions.
• Trains and coaches on selling expectations and relationship building.
• Partners with Store Leader to ensure merchandising, logistics, and visual directives.
• Prepares for shipments, transfers, floor moves, signing and markdowns.
• Assist with onboarding and performance management of colleagues.
• Protects Company assets and adheres to procedures.
