Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Rehabilitation Center, Inc. seeks an Outlet Team Leader to assist the Outlet General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations at the Cincinnati, OH location.

This role covers customer service, record keeping, cash management, production, donation management, facility operation, communications, merchandising, and inventory control. The position requires supervising Outlet Team Members, coaching staff, and maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to perform duties (stand/walk for long periods).

Responsibilities

• Assist Outlet General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and report theft or misconduct.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
• Coach and supervise Outlet Team Members.
• Monitor sales transactions and ensure proper procedures.
• Merchandise displays and create attractive product presentations.
• Participate in store walkthroughs and merchandising improvements.
• Support inventory counts, pricing, and customer service.
