Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Effective communication with customers and partners at all levels.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Flexible schedule with retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, sales and service in the absence of senior leadership.
• Drive merchandising and operational excellence to boost sales and profit.
• Manage staffing, onboarding and performance development for 20+ direct reports.
