Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa in Indiana is seeking an Outlet Server to deliver personalized service in a fast-paced casino dining setting. Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager, you will greet guests, suggest menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction during service.

This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, ability to multitask, and compliance with sanitation standards. A high school diploma and English literacy are preferred, with prior casino F&B experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English required.
• Two years guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Casino Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service at all COMPANY Food and Beverage operations.
• Maintain pleasant and courteous attitude.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Assist bussers in setting tables with clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• Present menu to guests, suggest courses and drinks, and answer questions about food preparation.
• Take drinks and food orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Have basic knowledge of house and call liquor.
• Serve meals to patrons following established etiquette.
• Check quality after each course and refill drinks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of ashtrays and tables; buss as needed.
• Process payments and settle with cashier.
• Transport and stock server stations; assist with table maintenance.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and local regulations.
