Qualifications

• Two years’ guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Good communication and friendly personable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service for all food and beverage operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous attitude.
• Present menus, suggest courses and drinks, and answer questions.
• Take orders, offer drinks, and handle payments with accuracy.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist bussers and keep tables stocked with clean dishes and silverware.
