Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana in Gary, IN is seeking an Outlet Server for the Food Hall on a part-time basis. Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager, you will deliver exceptional service, present menus, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casino dining setting.

You will interact with guests in a professional manner, maintain cleanliness, handle payments, and support team members.

Formación

• Two years’ guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must have good communication skills and maintain friendly personable attitude at all times.
• Casino Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet each guest and provide superior guest service at all times.
• Present menu to guest, suggesting courses and drinks, and answering questions about food preparation.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver meals according to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock server stations and dining areas.
• Handle payments, and assist with bussing and table maintenance as needed.
