Wayfair’s Outlet in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to drive a best-in-class customer experience and store performance. You will lead a team, manage stock levels, and ensure visual standards while delivering Wayfair's brand across channels.

This role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Open/close duties and a dynamic, customer-centric culture await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or experience managing a team.
• Brick & mortar retail experience in furniture or home goods preferred.
• Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Technical acumen to learn necessary software; experience with Google Cloud G Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and forms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting shoppers with Wayfair's home assortment.
• Master our brand story and communicate with polished appearance and professionalism.
• Maintain leadership presence through floor management and resource allocation.
• Deliver on sales and service KPIs, productivity standards, and drive profitability across all channels.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and visual standards to keep the store well stocked.
