Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best-in-class customer experience as a brand ambassador for Wayfair.
• Master the Wayfair brand story and communicate professionally.
• Maintain floor leadership through effective management and resource allocation.
• Monitor stock, merchandising adjacencies, signage, and assortment to keep sales floor stocked.
• Support customer fulfillment across channels including order pick up and inventory.
• Safely unload and organize freight and maintain backroom standards.
