Job summary

Wayfair is hiring an Ops & Visual Lead for our returns Outlet retail store. The role oversees replenishment, signage, and floor leadership to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Expect 40 hours weekly with a $22.25 hourly base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include brand ambassador duties, stock management, visual adjacencies, and supporting omnichannel fulfillment. Must have 2+ years of retail experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best-in-class customer experience as a Wayfair brand ambassador.
• Maintain brand standards and a polished appearance.
• Oversee floor management, stock levels, and visual presentations.
• Support customer fulfillment across channels and assist with back-of-house tasks.
• Open and close the store as Keyholder.
