Wayfair is hiring an Ops & Visual Lead for our returns Outlet store in Greensboro. The base pay is $20 per hour with a 40-hour work week. This role centers on delivering a premium customer experience through effective branding, signage, and floor leadership.

You will manage stock, signages, visual adjacencies and ensure store standards, while opening/closing the store as Keyholder and supporting multi-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience; home or furnishings space preferred.
• Strong customer service and operational focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a best-in-class customer experience as a brand ambassador.
• Manage stock, signage, assortments and visual standards.
• Open and close store as Keyholder; supervise floor operations.
• Support fulfillment across channels and maintain backroom standards.
• Utilize sales analytics to drive store profitability.
