Wayfair is hiring a Retail Receiving Associate for our Attleboro, MA outlet store. The role focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience and ensuring inventory and visual standards are maintained across departments.

This part‑time position requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends and day shifts. Base pay is $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits at Wayfair Outlet.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of stock receiving experience.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization, self‑motivation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best‑in‑class customer experience by connecting shoppers with Wayfair's home assortment.
• Manage stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, and signage to maintain visual standards.
• Support customer fulfillment across channels, including order pick‑up and inventory intake.
• Maintain visual standards, replenishment, safety, and back‑room organization.
• Participate in all store operations, including floor sets, substitutions and upkeep.
