Job summary

Wayfair is hiring a Sales Associate for our returns Outlet retail store. The role offers a starting flat rate of $17/hour with room to grow with tenure, and 20 hours per week.

You’ll join a dynamic team focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and assisting with store operations. As an authentic brand ambassador, you will greet customers, assist at the cash wrap, participate in receiving and replenishment, and help with setup tasks for launches.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, but open to entry-level.
• Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Technical acumen to learn necessary software.
• Associates are expected to have availability to meet the needs of the business.
• All employees will be expected to represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
• Able to speak, read and comprehend English to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they walk in the store and provide warm, helpful service.
• Assist at the cash wrap as needed to complete transactions.
• Participate in store operations including receiving and replenishment of goods.
• Build a positive and professional attitude and drive sales in a high energy environment.
• Support launch efforts with setup tasks such as unloading trucks, stocking shelves and moving furniture.
• Follow all Wayfair policies and standards.
