Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor for the Secondary Markets (Outlet-Recycling) to lead outlet and recycling operations. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and warehouse area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, recycling, production, or warehouse preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the Secondary Markets team and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate opening/closing of work areas and secure facilities.
• Monitor KPIs and production logs; report performance.
• Train staff and participate in onboarding and interviewing new hires.
• Ensure safe operation and proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
