Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Retail Center team, ensuring safety, customer focus, product flow, and store aesthetics. The role requires open availability including evenings and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending around 10 pm.

Previous supervisory experience in retail or related industries is preferred, and this position offers potential career growth within Goodwill's Retail Division. Daily Pay option is available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Two (2) years’ retail experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and supervise associates and teams.
• Manage breaks, call-offs, and coaching with initial write-ups.
• Assist opening/closing procedures and verify daily sales reports.
