Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks a dedicated Shift Supervisor for our Outlet and Recycling operations. The role supports the ASM, helps lead employees, ensures excellent customer service, and maintains the appearance of the sales floor and warehouse.

The position is full-time and on-site, with open availability including evenings and weekends; daily operations include KPI tracking, scheduling, and safety compliance. Local travel not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, recycling, production, or warehouse preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs, and operate pallet jack/forklift.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; full-time schedule.
• Able to obtain certification to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Secondary Markets ASM with daily operations and safety huddles.
• Coordinate opening/closing of work areas and secure facilities.
• Oversee equipment operation and maintenance records; ensure PMs are up to date.
• Assign work areas and manage inventory for outlet/recycling.
• Train staff on SOPs and on-the-job procedures; participate in onboarding.
