Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Retail Center team and oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, customer focus, and product flow. This full-time role requires open availability, including evenings and weekends, in stores open 9am–9pm (Mon–Sat) and 9am–8pm (Sun).

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in retail or similar industries and be able to obtain forklift/walkie stacker certification, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail experience desired.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift and walkie stacker certifications and proficiency with Microsoft Office/UKG.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the retail center and oversee staff.
• Manage breaks, call-offs, and performance feedback; assist with reviews.
• Assist opening/closing procedures and daily sales reporting.
