Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at the Retail Center. You will supervise associates, ensure safety, optimize product flow, and uphold store standards across shifts.

This full-time role requires open availability, including evenings and weekends, with potential growth opportunities within Goodwill's Retail Division. Training includes operation of pallet jacks and forklifts where applicable, and daily pay eligibility is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail experience desired.
• Familiar with pricing, trends, and seasonal changes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, staff and peers.
• Able to obtain walkie stacker and/or forklift certification.
• Proficient with office equipment and Excel/Word, and UKG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leadership of associates and teams across the retail center.
• Monitor safety, customer focus, product flow and aesthetics, delegating as needed.
• Manage breaks and redirect staff to cover call-offs; coach employees and participate in reviews.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily sales report verification.
• Plan, coordinate and control customer service activities to maintain relationships and objectives.
• Maintain knowledge to fill in for emergencies when managers are unavailable.
• Ensure accurate processing of E-Commerce products and certifications for equipment.
