Job summary

You ensure operational excellence by managing daily tasks such as auditing, inventory, product handling, and scheduling, all while preserving margin.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and cover for leadership when needed.
• Provide feedback, share observations and ongoing solutions with leadership.
• Develop, teach, coach and train associates on processes and customer service.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals as communicated by leadership.
• Promote sales and profitability across the store by supporting priorities.
• Maintain awareness of tools and resources applicable to the assigned area.
• Adhere to loss prevention, security and safety guidelines.
• Model a proactive approach to customer service and engagement as Leader on Duty.
• Drive merchandising and operational initiatives to maximize Margin growth.
• Understand Outlet business strategy to support execution.
• Support Store Leadership on implementing Outlet Strategy and merchandising plans.
