Job summary

You optimize the customer experience and sales through engaged selling, supporting the sales floor, pickup, and curbside operations, while managing daily tasks including financial auditing, inventory control, product handling and scheduling to preserve margin.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and perform duties in the absence of store leadership.
• Provide feedback to leadership and share observations and solutions.
• Develop, teach and train associates on processes, customer service and selling skills.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals as directed by leadership.
• Promote sales and contribute to overall store profitability.
• Maintain awareness of store tools and resources and applicable company policies.
