You will supervise a diverse culinary team, hire and coach staff, monitor inventory and costs, and help plan future training programs.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory experience in high-volume restaurant and catering operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and coach staff.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Manages staff according to business levels and anticipates needs for smooth service.
• Daily supervision, performance reviews, coaching, training, and scheduling.
• Supervises staff and participates in staffing, hiring, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety, health policies, and inventory control across outlets.
• Trains staff on menu items, recipes, plating, and kitchen operations.
• Oversees banquet culinary events and collaborates with front-of-house on presentation.
