Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking an Outlet Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced outlet environment. The role focuses on friendly, accurate, and safe customer service while assisting with merchandise flow, donation intake, and general facility upkeep.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and committed to providing a positive customer experience while supporting Goodwill's mission of creating opportunities and strengthening the community in Southwest Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service.
• Price, stock, and merchandise carts or containers on the sales floor.
• Receive donations and greet customers entering the outlet.
• Monitor entrance area to support safety and customer flow.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor and work areas.
• Build or assist with fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
