Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking an Outlet Associate to support daily operations at the Fort Myers outlet. You will provide friendly, accurate, and safe customer service while assisting with merchandise flow, donation intake, and general facility upkeep.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and committed to a positive customer experience while contributing to Goodwill's mission of creating opportunities and strengthening the Southwest Florida community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service at all times.
• Price, stock, and merchandise carts or containers brought to the sales floor.
• Receive donations and greet customers as they enter the outlet.
• Monitor the entrance area to support safety and customer flow.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor and work areas.
• Build or assist with fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervisors.
