Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at 91 South Lee Street, LaBelle, FL 33935 to provide friendly, fast and safe customer service while supporting daily store operations.

The role involves assisting customers on the sales floor, operating cash registers, accepting donations, processing merchandise, and contributing to production and merchandising activities. It is a part-time, hourly position with cross-training across store areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash registers, adding machines, credit card machines, telephones, and merchandise pricing.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate customer service on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Operate the cash register; process transactions and payments.
• Accept donations and provide receipts to donors courteously.
• Merchandise displays and maintain safe aisles and clean store environment.
• Support production and merchandising activities and cross-train in multiple store areas.
