Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Wildlife Service Professional to protect homes and communities through wildlife exclusion and removal. You will work in the field, independently, building strong customer relationships and meeting monthly service goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
• Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
• Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
• Assist with Crawlspace & Termite work
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
• Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, educating customers and meeting monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
