Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is hiring a Wildlife Service Technician to perform wildlife exclusion and animal removal across local customer sites. The role emphasizes independent outdoor work, with a focus on customer service and community protection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Customer relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Wildlife services: Provide wildlife exclusion and animal removal at customer locations, including setup and repairs as needed.
• Service & sales: Follow a service schedule within your territory and educate customers on wildlife services to meet sales goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Safety first: Prioritize safety in all duties, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
