Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Wildlife Service Professional in the field to protect homes and businesses. You will perform wildlife exclusion and removal at customer locations, build relationships with customers, and work with internal teams to ensure top-notch service.

No prior experience is necessary, and starting pay ranges while training is provided. A valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors are required. Join a team focused on safety, growth, and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide wildlife services.
• Provide wildlife exclusion and animal removal at customer locations.
• Follow service schedules and meet monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Prioritize safety when using equipment and performing tasks.
