Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Wildlife Service Professional to perform outdoor wildlife exclusion and animal removal services within your community. You will build lasting customer relationships, follow service schedules, and uphold safety standards while learning in a comprehensive training program.

Starting rate is $21/hr with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and vehicle+cell phone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
• Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
• Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
• Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, educating customers on wildlife services and meeting monthly goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of work.
