Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Wildlife Technician to perform wildlife exclusion services and animal removal, while building strong customer relationships in the community. This role involves independent field work, meeting service goals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Starting pay is $18–$21 per hour with a company vehicle and cell phone provided, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating 'Customers for Life'.
• Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory and meet monthly sales goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
