Job summary

Augment is hiring Driver Helpers in Grand Junction, CO. This full-time role involves riding with the driver on designated routes, lifting and loading waste and recycling containers, and operating a lifting mechanism when trained.

You will walk between stops, stay active outdoors, and ensure safe, professional collection at all times. We value dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work early shifts.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience in general labor or related field is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk between stops quickly and stay physically active during routes.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
