Job summary

Augment in Greeley, CO is hiring Driver Helpers to assist drivers with pickups, lift and load containers, and ensure safe, timely collection along designated routes. The role is physically active and outdoors, with training provided for the lifting mechanism.

Great for individuals who enjoy active, full-time work with weekly pay and a team-based environment in environmental services. Prior labor experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
• Prior general labor, warehouse, construction, or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be available for early morning shifts.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop—this is a physically active role.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and communicate any route issues to the driver or supervisor.
