Job summary

Augment in Kilgore, TX is hiring Driver Helpers to join a fast-paced outdoor team. You will ride with a professional driver on residential or commercial waste and recycling routes, assisting with safe, timely collection.

This full-time, early-shift role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, a strong team attitude, and willingness to work in all weather. Training is provided, PPE is supplied, and weekly pay helps you plan ahead. No experience is required—prior general labor is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist driver with pickups on residential or commercial routes.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism when trained to empty bins.
• Walk between stops quickly and stay physically active.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and report route issues to the driver or supervisor.
