Job summary

Augment in Van Buren, AR is hiring Driver Helpers to support professional truck drivers on residential or commercial routes. You will assist with safe, timely collection of waste and recyclables and serve as a key part of our outdoor, active team.

This full-time role requires early mornings, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a readiness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Prior labor experience helps, but training is provided, and weekly pay is offered.

Responsibilities

• Ride along routes to assist the driver.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly between stops—this is a physically active role.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and communicate any route issues to the driver or supervisor.
