Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Requires physical ability and mental acuity to perform duties within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues across varied accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding vehicle condition and discrepancies, building client relationships.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning timelines.
• Prepare and review reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value; coordinate and approve services; conduct condition reports and imaging audits.
