Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to connect families with Spectrum's high-speed data and communication services in local communities.

You will visit leads, perform needs analyses, and present tailored proposals while achieving monthly targets. A valid driver’s license is required; travel to territory, evenings and weekends are expected. Base pay plus incentives can total six figures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door within territory.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including orders and reporting.
• Meet monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors and share insights with management.
