Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage with communities and convert leads into Spectrum services, including internet, TV, and mobile. The role emphasizes outdoor field work and strong customer interaction.

Base pay is competitive with incentives; total compensation can exceed $100,000 annually. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required; travel to assigned territories is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report to your manager.
