Job summary

TEEMA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Installation Team. This hands-on role focuses on high-quality workmanship, installing patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens on residential and commercial sites.

This full-time, long-term opportunity offers room to grow into crew leadership, production bonuses after training, overtime, and benefits including a Health Spending Account.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Carpenter preferred; 3rd/4th year apprentices considered.
• Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Experience leading or mentoring others is a plus.
• Contractors with own vehicle, tools, and insurance are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures and pergolas.
• Read and work from drawings, measurements, and installation plans.
• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.
• Communicate with customers and represent the company professionally.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to stay on schedule and ensure quality.
• Train and support other crew members as needed.
