TEEMA Group is seeking a dependable Carpenter Helper to join the Installation Team in Phoenix. This hands-on role focuses on building and installing custom outdoor structures at residential and commercial sites.
You’ll assist with installations, follow drawings, and help manage tools and materials. The job emphasizes safety, customer communication, and learning from experienced crew members for long-term growth.
We’re looking for a dependable Carpenter Helper to join our Installation Team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a career in construction and installation.
You’ll help install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screen systems at residential and commercial properties throughout the Phoenix area.
Assist with installing custom outdoor structures and systems
Follow measurements, drawings, and installation plans
Load, transport, and organize tools and materials
Use hand and power tools safely
Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
Support and learn from experienced crew members
Work with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and meet quality standards
Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
Construction, carpentry, framing or installation experience preferred
Ability to read measurements and follow basic drawings
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly
Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and with safety equipment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
